Consultation
Initially we listen, and then we listen some more. At the end of the day it’s about what you are seeking to achieve. When we come back with a solution, we welcome more discussion if need be. Rome wasn’t built in a day. But of course, if your bathroom or kitchen needs a swift response we are able to act quickly too.
Design
Should you require, we can prepare full design plans of all aspects of the project.
This includes specifying all tiling, flooring, lighting, electrical and plumbing, joinery and carpentry and wall coverings (paint or wallpaper).
Or, if you wish, we would happily work with your architect or designer.

We can quote in one of two ways:
Cost Plus Contract
A cost plus contract is a contract where a contractor (e.g. Blossom) obtains materials and services throughout the stages of the building process and costs are passed to the owners, with an agreed margin to cover overheads and profits.
In general this method results in lower overall costs although the final figure is not usually known until completion.
Lump Sum Contract
As the name suggests, the contractor (e.g. Blossom) provides a total fixed cost for the job prior to commencement. This method is only practical if ALL specifications, scope of work and material choices have been agreed to prior to commencement. Unforeseen events can increase the cost but generally, the contractor delivers the project on budget.
We at Blossom have no preference for which route to employ and will work with you.
Construction
Really, this is what we do - and we do it with laser-like focus.
All trades are personally selected and supervised.
Projects are finely scheduled and organised to ensure they are completed on time.
All work is checked...and rechecked at all stages.
